The problem and the solution

We were instructed by our client to undertake a condition survey for a property that had been out of use for some time and had been subject to break ins and vandalism.

The property was potentially going to be purchased to extend the trust’s estate and the extent of remedial repairs required to bring the building back into use was key information. We undertook a detailed condition survey of the property, using UAV technology to inspect the inaccessible areas of the roof allowing us to deliver a detailed condition report to the client.

Positive Outcomes:

A full detailed condition survey delivered to the client
No requirement for access equipment or working at height as we used the UAV for inspection of the roof.
